Shipping
Depending on the shipping option you chose, delivery may take 2-7 business days. Once your order is placed, the item typically ships the next business day.
For orders outside the EU/US you may be responsible for duties or taxes payable to your customs authority. Mendi is manufactured in Sweden and ships from either EU or the US depending on the end destination.
If the device is being shipped to a wrong address please email us at support@mendi.io immediately. Please note that if the device is already in transit you may not change the shipping address. If a package is returned due to incorrect address/phone number or unclaimed at a local carrier, you may be liable for return shipping costs or duties.
The device is manufactured in Sweden.
You can request a return within 30 days of receipt. The device must be in original packaging. If you would like to return the device please email us at support@mendi.io and our CS team will guide you through the return process.
Your device is covered for manufacturing defects for one year from receipt. Note: damage from misuse, unauthorized repairs, etc. is not covered.
Getting started
Inside the box, you’ll find your Mendi neurofeedback headband and a USB-A to USB-C charging cable, along with a safety booklet and a QR code to download the Mendi app.
You can also find the Mendi app directly on the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play (for Android).
The device can be shared by everyone in your household at no extra cost. Each person simply needs to create a free Mendi account to track their own progress while using the same headband.
The Mendi app is free to use, both for you and for anyone you choose to share your headband with (family members or friends). You’ll have full access to the app’s features at no additional cost for the entire lifetime of your device.
One of the great advantages of the Mendi neurofeedback headband is that you can use it anytime, anywhere. Still, a bit of preparation can help you get the most out of your training.

A good way to experience the benefits early on is to do a session before any mentally demanding activity, such as reading, studying, or playing a musical instrument. This makes it easier to notice how the training enhances your focus and mental clarity.
